Hi! My name is Cady Connelly and I am a photographer on the beautiful Central Coast of California. I have always had a passion for photography, and I have been very forunate to gain some amazing experience pursuing my dream.
I received my Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Photography from the Brooks Institute of Photography in 2008. During my time at Brooks I received two awards for outstanding achievement. In addition to my schooling, I interned with Mark Leibowitz Photography where I got the opportunity to assist on several high-end shoots including a photo shoot for Glamour Magazine. The summer after I graduated I spent working for Jose Villa, one of the premier wedding photographers in the country, and after my internship with Jose ended I moved down to the Central Coast to be with my now husband, Russ. On the Central Coast I have continued to shoot for myself and other local photographers including Allyson Magda Photography where I spent the last three years shooting weddings throughout California. Other projects I have worked on include shooting a Billboard for the Custom House restaurant in Avila Beach, and assisting Deborah Denker with a photo shoot for Tribal Humus.
